Please read the following warranty information before using your new Rythm Massage Chair.
The Rythm Massage Chair comes with a limited one year warranty (from the date of purchase) against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty is not valid if the product has been misused or damaged in any way that is beyond the control of Redfern Enterprises Ltd. The warranty applies only to the product, and Redfern Enterprises Ltd. is not responsible in any way for losses, damages or inconvenience caused by equipment failure. Any Electronic Massage Chair returned to Redfern Enterprises Ltd. for any reason must be packed and shipped by a Redfern Enterprises Ltd. approved carrier to maintain the validity of this warranty.

All services covered by this warranty must be approved by Redfern Ent. Ltd. Call Redfern Enterprises Ltd Customer toll-free at (877) 387-7770 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM General Mountain Time. Please obtain a Return Number. (RA#) To expedite repair, any product shipped to Redfern Enterprises Ltd. for service must include proof of original purchase - such as dated warranty card on file or a dealer purchase receipt - and a detailed note describing the nature of the problem.
The foregoing is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied.
