Mattress Toppers Warranty Information
This product is fully guaranteed to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase when utilized for normal household use by the original owner only, providing the product has been operated according to accompanying instruction. This warranty is not valid if the product has been misused or damaged in any way that is beyond our control. This warranty applies only to the product and Redfern Enterprises Ltd. is not responsible in any way for damages, losses or inconvenience caused by the product failure. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of parts and applies to any unit that has been tampered with or used or damaged due to faulty packaging or mishandling in transit (by any common carrier). Should any defect covered by the terms in the limited warranty be discoverd within ONE year, Redfern Enterprises Ltd. will repair or replace any defective part provided the unit is returned by the original purchaser, freight prepaid to one of our locations.
